61- Flummoxed by All This Legal Bullshit
You would think that refinancing your home through the same lender/bank would be a no brainer. Fill out a few sheets of paper and that would be it. I mean really... they already know you, have all your info, and a pretty damn good idea if you're reliable, honest and keep up on your house payments. But after reams of paper and countless exorbitant fees for title search, credit check, blah, blah blah...
No wonder this country os so f-ed up.... it's all this legal bullshit that's sinking our ship.
