Just got a phone call from K about a half hour ago (430 am) about that big 8.9 Earthquake in Japan. Wow. An 8.9 is huge. The powers of the natural world can be so destructive. Chile had a big one a few days ago and I remarked that I thought a bigger one was coming soon. Never thought I would be so right. The plates are shifting and we could be getting some aftershock activity here in San Diego. You never know.
Right now the news channels are covering the situation in Hawaii where they wait for any tsunami waves to arrive in a few minutes.
Pray for the safety of the Japanese people and the victims of the wave.
