The New York Rangers played their games in Madison Square Garden. In fact there have been several versions of it over the years. Andy Bathgate was one of the finest players for the perennially bad Rangers. Eddie Giacomin was a fine goalie who played for them for many years. (Ironically, both ended up playing for the Red Wings near the end of their careers).
