Why I Chose This Goal: Because I need to try and lose the inner sailor in me. By cursing I set a poor example for my family.
What I did: Duh... I didn't swear today! IT really wasn't too hard. Initially I thought I might team this up with Item # 33 (Don't speak for one whole day) but I decided to do them separately.
