Coffee is it good for you bad for you or... what?
After reading the pros and cons of caffeine in coffee I 'm still a little confused.
Pro: Improves alertness, increase dopamine levels (feel good), improves exercise performance.
Con: addictive, increases inflammation, elevates blood pressure, increased adrenaline.
Withdrawal: Sleepiness, mental fogginess, inability to concentrate, headaches.
Is one cup of coffee a day too much? How about caffienated sodas? tea? or even decaf coffee? Lots of questions and few good answers.
Remember... Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body- but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy s***...what a ride!" ----->Don't let your tombstone read: Died at 30- Buried at 80.

Pro: in former smokers, drinking coffee/caffeine in combination with exercise reduces the pre-cancerous cells in lung tissues
