Why I Chose This: As a dentist, a sore back comes with the job. Especially in the shoulder and neck region.
What I Did: This was actually pretty easy. I received a gift card for the local health spa for one Therapeutic massage from K and the kids for my birthday this past summer. So I (finally) cashed it in this past Tuesday. IT was very relaxing and I didn't realize just how tight and painful my neck and back really were.
