Remember... Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body- but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy s***...what a ride!" ----->Don't let your tombstone read: Died at 30- Buried at 80.

Do You Know Me ?
- I was born on December 30, 1873 in Manhattan, NY, NY.
- I was the 42nd Governor of New York from 1919-1920 and again from 1923-1928.
- I was the first Roman Catholic, Irish-American to run for President in 1928 but lost to Herbert Hoover.
- I took over the company Empire State, Inc. and we built the Empire State Building.
- In 1939 I was appointed a Papal Chamberlain by the Vatican, one of the highest honors a layman can be granted.
- In a Detroit suburb they named their High School after me but it was later re-named Riverview Community High School.
