22- Workouts

One of my goals this year was to workout more. Sort of a nebulous goal but I decided to track it on my phone using cardiotrainer. The phone tells me I've worked out 18 of 22 days so far this year. Not bad huh?

So what's a workout? Well GMO and I have been lifting weights on the bowflex, I'v been riding the stationary bike for 20-25 minutes over the lunch hour at work and I've been taking 75 minute walks with the dog that cover 3.25 miles.

I haven't seen much weight change yet- only about three pounds.. but we've still got 343 some days left in the year!
