42- -Supplements

I've talked to colleagues: doctors, nurses, nutritionists and trainers. I've settled on the following supplements that I take daily.

1- Multi vitamin tablet
2- Vitamin D capsule
3- Flaxseed oil capsule
4- 81 mg aspirin tablet
5- thistle tablet for liver health
6- B Complex

I also supplement this with about 15 minutes in the sun, one serving of fruit, one serving of vegetable and 64 ounces of water.
