52- Lobster Dinner
Well I guess I am pretty proud of myself so I'll post tomorrow's blog today. I splurged on tonight's dinner. Sprouts had a sale on 5 ounce lobster tails for 4.99 each so I figured what the heck? I bought three of them and cooked them in our "set-it-and-forget-it" Ronco Rotisserie Oven. I sauteed up some yellow squash., zucchini, mushrooms and red peppers then cooked some mac-n-cheese to top off the meal. I almost wish I'd taken a picture!
