Who Am I?
- I was born in Chicago, Il on April 6, 1928.
- I was a child prodigy and went to the University of Chicago at age 15.
- I earned a BS in Zoology from Chicago in 1947.
- Along with an Englishman named Crick, I won the Nobel Prize in 1962.
- The double helix configuration of DNA was my discovery.
- I titled my autobiography "Avoid Boring People"
- From 1989-1992 I was the Head of the Human Genome Project"
- I am the last living member of the group of "DNA Pioneers".
