Who Am I:
- I was born on September 30, 1908 in Germany.
- I was a German chemist, pharmacologist and physicist.
- I developed an anti- cancer diet and protocol that is named after me in 1952.
- my diet calls for regular consumption of linoleic and linolenic acids ( known as Omega-3 fatty acids and found in cottage cheese, quark cheese and flaxseed oil).
- I also advocated natural vegetable juices (especially carrot) and polyphenols (such as resveratrol found in red wine).
- I asked patients to strictly avoid hydrogentated fats, red meat and sugars.
- I claimed that this diet could prevent most types of cancers especially breast and prostate.
