Who Am I:
- I was born in Cyprus on June 2, 1944.
- I briefly played soccer and when the NCAA declared I wasn't an amateur, I practiced at Butler University until I was discovered by the Detroit Lions.
- In my rookie season of 1966, I set the record with 6 field goals in one game.
- In 1968 I enlisted in the Army and after completing my tour of duty, I signed with the Miami Dolphins in 1970.
- In spite of my kicking heroics, I am best remembered for trying to throw a pass after my field goal was blocked and it lead to a touchdown. But we still won the Super Bowl and kept our 17-0 perfect season.
- I am currently a motivational speaker and have authored several books, including my autobiography called "I Keek a Touchdown".
